Whale- watching
| During the months of July- November (peaking September), the Southern Right whales come to Cape Town's coastline to give birth to their young, mate and breed. Lalapanzi and Piccolo Paradiso are ideally situated to view these gentle giants playing in the bay and we have often seen them as close as 10 meters from the shoreline in front of the properties. Whale- watching boat tours can also be arranged. |
Beach activities
| Our beaches and coastal waters offer a full range of activities for you to enjoy including swimming; surfing ( surf boards and surfing lessons can be arranged ); kayaking trails with an experienced guide; kite surfing and wind surfing ( best during the windy months from Dec-Feb ). Why not try your hand at snorkeling or scuba diving. There is a diving school and sailing club near our properties for instruction or hired gear. During summer you may even catch your own rock lobster or go mussel collecting or fishing throughout the year !
